Puddles are showing up on country roads . . .
. . . and on city streets.
Sidewalks are too wet to sweep . . .
. . . and piles of snow are no longer fresh and white.
Some of us moan and complain about the weather, while others choose to sing and dance:
Dinner last night: pecan-encrusted chicken, snap peas

Dirty or muddy, I still want to come visit!
Looks a lot like the Gaspe weather right now... and they are calling for flurries again tonight! Ugh, old man winter is still hanging on... but the sun is stronger and the warmth can be felt from behind the windows which is just misleading really. lol
Make it a great day!
Alaska continues to remain at the top of my "must see" list! :) Be sure to pop over today...I'm having a Shabby Apple Giveaway! :)
That what Iowa looked like 2 weeks ago.
That is kind of what it looks like in Reno right now but with less snow. I really want to visit Alaska but I think I will wait for better weather.
I bet all that water will leave beautiful green behind.
Early spring is pretty drab here as well. We need those trees to start giving us some color!
Those are some major puddles. Yick!
Snort. :o)
In Quebec we used to say the seasons were 3 months of summer, 2 weeks of fall, 8 months of winter, and 2 weeks of The Thaw. Spring didn't really exist.
Any kind of transition is rarely pretty yet, you find a way to make it pretty in your pics. Yeah, snow and mud not a fun combo. It's a dirty combo.
