During summer, I fight vainly to keep my girls' feet in socks and shoes. When winter arrives, I continue my useless nagging to wear socks and . . . warm boots, please. Also, a hat would be nice. Where are your mittens?
Coats are for sissies, Mom.
Alaskan kids eat their snacks outside. In short sleeves.
Dinner last night:

I always figure they'll put something on if they actually get cold. So far, that's been the case. I love your little one outside in short sleeves and all that snow!
it's 80 degrees here today and I'm shivering. Your kids are amazing.
LOL kids are amazing aren't they?! =] We are looking forward to our first snow! We have the best sledding hill on our property. =] At least that's what our neighbor said....lol
Happy Thanksgiving Kim and family!
Can't wait to see your decorated table this year. !=]
I guess it's all relative, right?
I will never forget when it was above freezing for the first time in months, and by that I mean it was 35 degrees. My son refused to wear a coat because apparently, "It's too warm for coats."
We raise them tough, don't we?
I fought that battle with my boys for many years (and gave up)! I
That is hilarious! You've got tough kids! Mine are wimps since they're growing up in So Cal. When they go on about how "it's freezing!" when it's 50 degrees out I tell them they haven't felt cold until they've been out in minus 40 (I grew up in Canada....). I came to you through SITS. Your pics of Alaska are really beautiful.
i love that pic of your daughter eating the apple, short sleeves & all! so cute
