I haven't been blogging this week, due to the upcoming Harvest Party that my girls will be throwing this weekend. All they have to do is sit back and wait for the fun to arrive; meanwhile, I'm scrubbing and crafting and decorating and baking . . . yeah, yeah. BOO HOO, Kim.
My husband surprised me with a new iPhone, so I thought I'd get all techno-savvy on his heinie by snapping a photo of the twins in face paint and e-mailing the picture directly to him. Aren't I the whiz? One, I never did get a picture. Two, the phone somehow recorded video footage, which is impossible since everyone knows a cell phone is not a video camera.
Dinner last night: spinach and 3-cheese ravioli, salad

I still don't have a smart phone, but since I haven't mastered all the functions of my "dumb" phone, that may be a good thing.
Haha, that was funny.
What happened to the twins being the same height?
You sounded like you were really trying to make it be a nice thing too! LOL
I got an iPhone a little over a week ago, and I'm still learning how to use it. (The first time I needed to listen to a voice mail, it took me almost five minutes to figure out how!)
Can you email a video?
They are horribly addictive. I sat in a meeting today and couldn't leave it in my purse. I had it sitting on the table like I'm some big shot or something. Well, maybe having it sit on top of the new Kindle I just got was a little pretentious.
That's a cute keepsake even if it was a mistake. How often do you get all that joy of capturing a photo preserved for all time? Or at least until you accidentally delete everything on your iPhone.
Note: I don't have one yet. I'm told I might get one in March. I'm not holding my breath!
Mrs M: that is weird that the twins look so different in height, but Katie must have been standing on her tiptoes or something, because they are the same!
I'm surprised my voice sounded as nice as it did, because I was feeling very annoyed at the time ; )
You DID sound very sweet and patient. People often mistake my measured calmness for a nice temperament, too.
Ha ha! I am still figuring out my "smart phone" which is an Android Desire. I don't desire anything but learning how to use the dang thing. Actually, what I love about it is the camera. Its amazing..so clear!
Good luck with yours! :)
I just figured out why K was so tall . . . she was standing on that little step along the base of the wall. You can just catch a glimpse of it at the beginning of the video.
