And habits can be broken.

They've only been sucking their thumbs
since they were 2 weeks old . . .

hey don't pick on us thumb suckers. I quit when I turned seven because my dad said he would quit smoking if I quit sucking my thumb. Since my teacher at school had convinced me everyone who smoked would be dead in a matter of days...I was pretty motivated to help dad quit. Thing is, he never stuck to his bargain until ten years after i quit! Parents!

No toe-suckers (yet), although I may resort to it if I can't get my house cleaned today!
